Crystal Soil instructions
A 5 gram packet of crystal soil expands to fill a volume of over 700ml after soaked in water for over 5 hours(for Small pearls, over 8 hours for Medium and 12 hours for Large).
- Fill a container with roughtly 1 liter of clean water.
- Unpack the crystal soil and soak them into the water.
- The crystal soils expand when in contact with water.
- Leave it for 10-11 hours and the crystal soils will be fully expanded.
- Drain the excess water, and the crystal soils are ready for use.
- Wash hands after handling. Wear golves if handling regularly.
Caring for Crystal soils
- The crystal soils are soft after expanded. Handle with care otherwise will break easily.
- As the water evaporates or is drunk by plants, they will shrink natually especially those on top. Soak them back in water and will grow back to their original volume.
- If the crystal soils become dull and dusty, rinse them under running water to clean off the dirt, they will back to shine again.
- Avoid direct sunshine.
Disposal of water crystals
Do not dispose the unwanted crystals soils down the drains, they may cause blockages. Crystal soil (polymer) is degradable, dispose them with the general rubbish. The remanining moisture will help rubbish degrades too.
CAUTION: KEEP CRYSTAL SOILS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT SWALLOW. DISCARD WATER, DO NOT DRINK. THE CRYSTALS EXPAND IN WATER. SLIPPERY WHEN WET.
